App

• Outstanding amount on homepage: We plan to display the outstanding balance directly on the app homepage. This ensures parents and students have immediate visibility of their payment status at a glance, making it easier to stay updated on school fees without navigating through multiple menus.
• In-app chat: We plan to expand chat into a clearer communication channel between branch staff, parents, and students for day-to-day follow-up. The goal is to make communication more organized, easier to track, and less dependent on scattered external messages, so questions, clarifications, and updates stay connected to the tuition platform.
• Homework PDF submission: We plan to allow homework to be submitted as PDF files directly through the app, especially for written work, worksheets, and scanned assignments. This is useful for classes that need formal document submission, and it helps solve the problem of homework being shared through inconsistent channels such as personal chat or manual paper collection.

System

• Automated Reminder & Notification System: Implement an intelligent automation system that triggers push notifications and email reminders based on upcoming deadlines or status changes. This reduces manual follow-up effort and ensures stakeholders stay informed of critical timelines.
• Bundle pricing support: We plan to support pricing packages where multiple classes, subjects, or services can be grouped under one bundle price. This helps centers run promotions or packaged enrollment models more easily, while reducing manual fee edits and preventing billing inconsistencies when students join combined programs.
• Outstanding Task Dashboard for Mobile: Introduce a high-visibility "Outstanding Reminders" widget on the mobile app home screen. This feature allows users to see a summarized count of pending or overdue tasks at a glance, improving task completion rates and user experience on the go.
• Class cancellation management: We plan to add a more structured way to record and manage class cancellations, including operational follow-up when a class does not proceed as planned. This helps branches keep schedules accurate, communicate changes more clearly, and avoid confusion around attendance, replacement classes, and affected fees.
• Bulk Invoice Generation & Management: Streamline the billing process by allowing administrators to generate multiple payment invoices simultaneously using templates or batch selection. This update is designed to significantly reduce administrative overhead during peak billing cycles.
• Grouped sidebar sections: We plan to reorganize sidebar navigation into clearer grouped sections so related modules are easier to scan and locate. This is designed to reduce menu clutter, improve findability for daily tasks, and help users understand system structure faster.
• Rich Media & Emoji Integration for Content: Enhance the Homework and Announcement modules with full Emoji support. This allows for more expressive, engaging, and modern communication between administrators, teachers, and students, making updates more visually appealing and interactive.
