Stay connected with our latest updates, announcements, and school news. Follow this guide to ensure your mobile app is updated and configured correctly to receive instant notifications.

This guide is for the Student App and Parent App only.
If you need to upgrade notification module and choose event triggers in Web Admin Portal, go to 3.28. Notification Setup.

1. Download or Upgrade the App

To access the latest functions and security improvements, please ensure you are using the most recent version of our mobile platform.

2. Refresh Your Account Session

Once you have installed the latest version, a fresh login is required to sync your account with the new system features.

1. Open the app.
2. If you are already signed in, go to the menu and select Logout.
3. Enter your credentials and log in again to complete the update process.

3. Enable Push Notifications

Push notifications are the primary way we send urgent updates. Please ensure they are active on your device.

Automatic Setup

Upon your first login after the update, a dialog box will appear asking:
"Allow the app to send you notifications?"

Tap Allow or Enable to finish.

Manual Setup (If the popup did not appear)

If you are not receiving notifications, enable them manually:

1. Open the mobile app.
2. Navigate to Settings (gear icon).
3. Find the Notifications toggle and switch it to Enabled/On.
4. Or go to your phone settings:

Settings > Notifications > [App Name] > Allow Notifications

Success

Once these steps are completed, you are ready to receive real-time notifications directly to your device.
