1.4. System Overview (Web + App)

The system has two main parts:

• Web Admin Portal: management, setup, reporting, billing
• Mobile App: parent/student daily follow-up

Recommended flow:

1. Setup branch and users on web admin.
2. Identify your centre charging model first in 1.5. Billing Modes and Charging Model.
3. Configure classes, attendance, homework, and billing.
4. Let parents/students follow updates from mobile app.
