2.2. Parent and Student App Login

This guide is for student and parent login only.
Staff, admin, and teacher mobile app login is coming soon.

Steps:

1. Ask admin to open Home > Dashboard and click Download Our Mobile App in the Mobile App Guide card.
2. Install the app from that link.
3. Before login, ask the tuition centre to open the student or parent profile and set a username and password for that account.
4. Send the branchID, username, and password to the parent or student.
5. Open the app and choose Parent Login or Student Login.
6. Enter the branchID, username, and password provided by the tuition centre.

BranchID example:

• Usually, you do not need to set the branchID manually.
• Just make sure the system domain is correct.
• The branchID is normally the first part of the system domain.
• Example: if the system domain is sunshine.synorex.cloud, then the branchID is sunshine.

If you cannot log in:

• ask the tuition centre to confirm the student or parent account has been created,
• check that the correct username and password were set in the profile,
• confirm the correct branchID was given,
• use forgot password if available.
