How to Add Payslip

To add a payslip, go to Payslip in the sidebar and click Add New. Select a teacher, fill in the details, and edit the description if needed. After creating the payslip, you can Duplicate, Edit, Print, or Send it.

STEP 1: Open Payslip in sidebar.

STEP 2: Click “Add New”.

STEP 3: Select a teacher.

STEP 4: Fill in all data. (The basic information of the teacher will be automatically filled into the fields, provided that the information has already been completed on the teacher’s page.)

STEP 5: Edit Description. Users can add or remove the Gross Pay and Deductions (including commissions, bonuses, etc.) by themselves.

STEP 6: After create Payslip, user can Duplicate / Edit / Print or Send the payslip with the button.
