E-form Apply (Registration Form) T&C

Customize your E-Form Terms & Conditions in Settings. Share the QR code with students for easy registration. Students can fill in their details, review the T&C, and submit their application seamlessly.

Go to Settings -> General and press Others.

You can edit your E-Form T&C here.

After editing, remember to press the save button.

Go to Students -> All students. Press the blue Add new drop down arrow and click E-form Apply.

You can share this QR code with students, and students can scan the QR code to fill in their personal information.

After filling out all the information, click “Confirm” and students can review the E-Form T&C.
