Bulk Upgrade Students

Easily upgrade students in bulk. Go to ‘Students’ and click ‘Upgrade Students’ to automatically advance students based on predefined levels. Ensure levels and sequences are set in ‘Secondary & Grades’ before upgrading.

1. Open Students in sidebar.

2. Click “ Add New“.

3. Click “Upgrade Students“. (All students will be automatically upgrade according to the sequence.)

Before upgrade student. The student levels and their sequence need to be added to the system first, so that the system can automatically recognize and upgrade the student level accordingly.

1. Open Secondary & Grades in sidebar.

2. Click “Add New“.

3. Write down the Title & their Sequence.
