Tuition System check outstanding payment

To check outstanding payments, go to Reports and view the outstanding payment reports. Once a student has paid, click Make a Payment to confirm receipt. You can send reminders via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email using the social button. Ensure the social button is active to notify students through WhatsApp.

2. You can check outstanding report in this 2 reports

3. Once the student has paid, click “Make a Payment”, and confirm that the payment has been received and the parent/student has shown you the receipt.

4. Click the social button to send remind to client: SMS / WhastApp / Email (Make sure you have active the social button)

5. You can send reminder to Students through WhatsApp
