How to Enter E-Invoice Details for Students and Parents

To enter E-Invoice details, go to Students > All Students and mark “Is this student billable” if the student is the tax payer, then fill in their E-Invoice info and click Save. If the parent is the tax payer, go to Parents, select the parent, scroll to the E-Invoice section, fill in the details, and click Save. If the TIN is not provided, visit mytax.hasil.gov.my, click Carian TIN, and use the MyDigital ID app to scan the QR code after registering an account. Then press Cari to find the TIN under Maklumat Pembayar Cukai.

If student is the tax payer, click Students -> All Students and select a student. Scroll down and mark “Is this student billable”.

Fill in the student’s E-Invoice information and press “Save”.

If parent is the tax payer, click Parents and select a parent. Scroll down and click “E-invoice. Fill in parent’s E-Invoice information and press “Save”.

If parent or student does not provide TIN number to you. Go to https://mytax.hasil.gov.my/ and click “Carian TIN”.

Download MyDigital ID apps on your mobile phone and use the apps to scan the QR. Before scan the QR, you have to register an account on MyDigital ID first.

After scan the QR, it will proceed to this page. You have to choose Individu -> No.Kad Pengenalan -> Type IC Number. Then, press “Cari”.
