1 Credit = RM? You can set it here. If Allow Negative Credits is enabled, in the class attendance list, students will still appear on the list even if they no longer have credits.
If not turned on Allow Negative Credits, only students with credit balances will appear on the class attendance list.
Credit type – One off: One time purchase, lesson credit won’t be auto top up. After parents pay, it will not appear in the outstanding bill.
- Credit per lesson: If one credit for this class is RM80, it can be set to 2. If it is RM120, it can be set to 3.
- Credit Expiration: Users can choose when credit will expire
- Deduct credit even student absent: The system deducts credit based on class attendance. If this is turned on, credit will be calculated as usual even if the student is absent.

Recurring – When lesson credit used up, it will auto top up by appearing on outstanding payment. The number of top up can be set in total credit per top up.
Click on “Recurring Credit” and the following options will appear:
- Low credit reminder – Remind students when there is a specific amount left (you enters the amount yourself)
- Recurring Reminder – Remind students every_[month/week]
- Zero Credit Reminder – Remind students only after reaching 0
