How to create a payment / create receipt

To create a payment or receipt, go to Payment in the sidebar and click Add New. Select a student, fill in the necessary details, and add a payment item. After creating the payment, you can print or send the receipt. Ensure the student’s phone number and email are set in their profile for WhatsApp, Email, or SMS options to work.

Step 1: Open Payment in sidebar.

Step 2: Click ‘Add New‘ button.

Step 3: Select a student.

Step 4: Fill in all data and add payment item with the Add New link.

Step 5: After create payment, you can Print or Send the receipt with the button. If the WhatsApp, Email or SMS button no working, make sure you have set the student phone and email in the student profile.
