Outstanding report and cache delay show item reason

If your outstanding payment amount is incorrect, check the student’s joined class date and whether new unpaid items were added.

If a tuition fee update doesn’t appear in the outstanding report, wait a day, as the system refreshes automatically once daily.

Here are a few of the problems you may encounter with outstanding payments

1. Why is there an error in my outstanding payment amount?

When you encounter an incorrect amount, you can:

  • Check the date of the student’s joined class for accuracy
  • Check if new items have been added to the unpaid items.

2. Why doesn’t it appear in the outstanding reports after I add the student’s tuition fee?

Our outstanding report generally need to wait for a day’s time before the system will automatically refresh once, so after adding, did not immediately show the student’s report is a normal phenomenon.
